Quality — I use only the best pearls and finest gems. I hand pick these out of thousands from reputable sources, in order to bring only the best to use in Sealife Studio creations. Great pride is taken to meticulously craft each individual piece.My Guarantee — All of my jewelry is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year. Although incidents are rare, please e-mail me for a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions before you return your piece. Once the piece is returned, I will service a covered defect by either repairing it or issuing you a credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Normal wear and tear or physical damage due to misuse or accident are not covered. After the period of one year or if you have an unfortunate incident with your “critter” not covered by the guarantee, I would be happy to service and / or repair my designs at reasonable rates.
Certificate of Authenticity — Every Sealife Studio original creation will be accompanied by a photo Certificate of Authenticity with a detailed description of the gemstones and/or pearls and their weights. This certificate also shows the metal type and weight. You may want to present the critter as a gift so no dollar amount will be shown on the certificate itself. Other items will come with a Certificate of Value. You may be able to use this certificate together with your receipt for insurance documentation. Please contact your insurance carrier for their requirements. We do not offer insurance coverage services.
Your Delight — I want you to be delighted every time you do business with me. If you are ever unhappy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Within 30 days of receipt, you may exchange the jewelry and / or receive credit toward a future purchase. The only exceptions to this are custom orders, items that you have asked me to alter (sizing etc.), or that have been altered after you took possession.
All I ask is that the jewelry is in new, unaltered condition and that you cover all shipping and insurance charges. You must first obtain a Return Authorization number from me by contacting me via e-mail. All items that came with your Pearl Animal must be returned as well, including, but not limited to, the original packaging (box) and any certificates.
Please contact me if you are not delighted with any aspect of our transaction. I believe that there are very few problems that can’t be resolved with a little goodwill and creativity.
Payment — I accept payment through the free and safe services of PayPal. With PayPal, you may pay instantly via electronic check, credit card, checking or savings account. This makes your purchases safer and faster. I also accept payment by cashier’s check, money order or personal check made out in US funds only. Your item will be shipped once your check clears the bank, should you choose to pay by personal check.
Shipping — Unless otherwise arranged in advance, shipping will be through UPS within the continental United States. Insurance is optional, but highly encouraged. UPS automatically insures up to $100 on every package at no extra cost. Whenever possible, I will ship your order by the next business day. If there is a delay, I will contact you as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, I will send you an email notification, or you may choose to be notified by telephone.
